Pan Am players from Brazil, Canada, Peru, and the United States showcased their skills at the Spanish Para Badminton International 2023. This prestigious BWF Para badminton Level 2 event was held in Vitoria, Spain, from February 20 to 26.

Pilar Jauregui Dominates WH2 Category

World Champion, Pilar Jauregui, proved why she is the best in the WH2 category by clinching two gold medals and one bronze. Starting as a seeded 3/4 player in the WS WH2 event, Jauregui triumphed over competitors from Korea and Australia to lead Group C. In the Quarter-Finals, she defeated Maurel (FRA) in straight games and repeated the performance in the Semifinals against the top-seeded player, Ilaria Renggli (SUI).
