Venezuela Badminton Federation (FVBAD) recently conducted its inaugural Shuttle Time Teachers Course in Caracas, Venezuela. This course marked the beginning of the Shuttle Time program, which aims to introduce badminton in schools throughout Venezuela.

Mrs. Dhayisbel Torrealba, President of FVBAD, and Mr. Luis Montilla, the Shuttle Time Venezuela coordinator, led the course from November 19 to 22. The course consisted of theoretical and practical sessions, and 55 participants successfully completed the evaluations, becoming certified Shuttle Time Teachers in Venezuela.

The majority of participants in the course were physical education teachers working in schools or school clubs. They were already familiar with the sport, and the course equipped them with the necessary tools to teach badminton to children. This initiative was made possible thanks to the support of Venezuela Badminton Federation and Badminton Pan Am Confederation, who provided Shuttle Time Kits for the course.
