The much-anticipated 22nd meeting between Tai Tzu Ying and Carolina Marin is set to be an unforgettable spectacle. Marin, the sixth seed, has secured her place in the quarterfinals of the VICTOR Denmark Open 2023 after a thrilling Round of 16 clash with Sung Shuo Yun. Despite facing challenges, Marin emerged victorious with a score of 22-20, 22-20 after 57 minutes of intense action. On the other hand, Tai defeated Busanan Ongbamrungphan with a score of 22-20, 21-12.
