Badminton Pan America

After a competitive two-month candidacy process, the city that will host the 2027 Pan American Games has finally been selected. The Extraordinary General Assembly of Panam Sports took place in Miami at 9:00 a.m. (ET), where the candidate cities of Lima, Peru and Asuncion, Paraguay made their official presentations. The presentations, led by the Presidents of the Olympic Committees of Peru and Paraguay, Renzo Manyari and Camilo Perez, showcased videos and messages from top government leaders, followed by a Q&A session with participating member countries.

The winning city was determined through a virtual vote conducted by the renowned British company Lumi.
