The Comite National de Promotion du Badminton Au Senegal (CNPB Senegal) has been instrumental in promoting badminton in Senegal. Since 2020, they have delivered seven Shuttle Time Teachers Courses, training 155 teachers. As a result, 25,748 children have participated in Shuttle Time activities, fostering a love for the sport.

CNPB Senegal, in collaboration with the Badminton Confederation of Africa, held a BWF Shuttle Time Tutors Course and a two-day BWF Shuttle Time Teachers Course in Dakar. These courses were designed for physical education teachers, club badminton coaches, and Special Olympics coaches. Participants from various parts of Senegal actively took part, with 14 individuals successfully receiving their certification as BWF Shuttle Time Teachers and Tutors.

In Papua New Guinea, Shuttle Time Teaching Courses have made significant strides in promoting badminton. Since 2017, 16 courses have been successfully delivered, training over 311 teachers who have gone on to engage 3,405 children in actively playing badminton.

The country has also made its mark at the ongoing Special Olympics World Games Berlin 2023, with two players competing alongside John Ma’a, a certified Shuttle Time Teacher involved in multiple Shuttle Time initiatives in Papua New Guinea.
