Chan Hung Yung, Cheung Ying Mei, and Wu Yi Ting had a memorable weekend, as they combined their skills to help Hong Kong China secure qualification for the ANOC World Beach Games in August.

Hong Kong’s impressive performance in the women’s triples semifinals at the Asian Qualifier in Putrajaya ensured their place in Bali, where Indonesia will be hosting the games. With China, Korea, and Malaysia already qualified based on their World Team Rankings, Hong Kong finished second behind Korea in Group A after defeating hosts Malaysia 3-1 (11-2 11-9 5-11 11-6).
